Clear View Custom Overlay Binders are 3-ring binders with a special advantage. The front cover, back cover and spine have clear pockets which open at the top to permit simple insertion of your printed material. Change the insert and the billboard binders look new again.

The versatile Clear Overlay feature is available for other products, such as cassette binders and CD albums.
